recipe: chicken and carrots and other stuff

One can of cream of chicken soup.
One thawed chicken breast, chopped if you want.
One handful of carrots, chopped.
A potato or two, chopped.
Parsley. Probably some other spices. Garlic? (We were out of sage.)
Bake (covered) at 350 for an hour or so, till the chicken is cooked and the veggies are soft.

Luke thought it was soup, so he put it in a bowl. I thought it was better on a plate, over bread. We both thought it was good.

Serves two, so double it or whatever if your family is bigger than ours.

Things to try next time: add onions and broccoli. Maybe rosemary, thyme, oregano. Shredded mozzarella might be good on top, if you like that sort of thing.
